반복되는 실패 Failed Again

 

아브라함은 실수를 저질렀지만 자신을 하나님의 손에 맡겼고, 하나님은 그를 사용하셔서 그의 혈통을 통해 세상의 구원을 이루셨습니다.

나쁜 행동은 정당화될 수 없습니다. 예수님은 우리에게 순종하며 그분을 따르라고 하셨고, 그렇게 할 수 있는 방법도 알려주십니다. 강퍅하고 회개하지 않는 마음은 우리를 향한 그분의 목적을 언제나 가로막지만, 그렇다고 그분께서 우리를 사용하시는 것이 우리의 착한 행실에 좌우되는 것은 아닙니다. 그것은 은혜로 말미암아 구원받고 성장하는 우리의 현재의 모습을 통해 일하시고자

하는, 순전히 하나님의 의지에 의해서 이루어지는 것입니다. 그분의 은혜를 얻기 위해 어떤 일을 하지 않아도 됩니다. 그것은 거저 받는 것입니다.

Abraham put himself in God’s hands despite his failures, and God used him to bring salvation to the world through his lineage.

There’s no justification for behaving badly. Jesus has asked us to follow Him in obedience, and He supplies the means to do so. A hard, unrepentant heart will always hinder His purposes for us, but His ability to use us doesn’t depend on a lengthy pattern of good behavior.
