More Than a Hero 영웅 그 이상

More than a hero, Jesus came as our Savior. He was born to bring God’s light into the darkness and to give His life so that everyone who receives Him could be forgiven and freed from the power of sin. John called Him “the one and only Son, who came from the Father, full of grace and truth”(John 1:14).

예수님은 영웅 그 이상의, 우리의 구주로 오셨습니다. 주님은 하나님의 빛을 어둠 속에 비추기 위해, 그리고 자신을 희생하여 그를 영접하는 사람은 누구나 용서 받고 죄의 권세로부터 자유롭게 하기 위해 이 땅에 태어나셨습니다. 요한은 주님을 가리켜 “아버지의 독생자의 영광이요 은혜와 진리가 충만하더라”(14절)라고 하였습니다.
 
“영접하는 자 곧 그 이름을 믿는 자들에게는 하나님의 자녀가 되는 권세를 주셨으니”(12절). 참으로 예수님은 세상이 필요로 하는 유일한 참 소망이십니다.
